1. We have expanded in terms of Space and moved from a 7,000 square feet facility to a 25,000 square feet facility.
2. We have set up a state of the art facility with a major emphasis on quality control and migration towards automation to rule out possibilities of human errors.
3. The facility is advanced, automated with modern machinery equipment & upgraded chemical laboratory.
4. Different processing sections for all products to avoid cross contamination and allergen mixing.
5. Total oil storage capacity of 225 metric tones, Stainless Steel 304 material used for all tanks, valves and pumps.
6. Ability to fill PET bottles, glass bottles, HDPE jars and Metal tins in all sizes, varying from 100 ml to 15 Kg and 215 Kg Drums.
7. Combined daily production capacity of 25 Metric Tonnes.
8. In-house Chemical Lab for all the testing as per FSSAI requirements and Packaging lab for packaging material testing to avoid any compromise in the quality of the end product.
9. We have set up an In-house quality control department with technical expertise to adhere to the stringent standards that are adopted by us.
10. Our Facility is strategically located on the outskirts of Mumbai & hence it is easily accessible.
11. Our facility is 100% fire compliant.
